Hi friends! Got any plans for Valentine’s Day? Well if not, you do now! I’ll be appearing in person at the Enchantment Under The Sea Dance Party (Presented by 50 CUPS OF COFFEE), doing live caricatures and sketches at Louis’ pub on the U of S campus. A portion of the sale of each drawing will benefit the Pink Wig…

Christmas Play
Hello friend! Tonight (December 3, 2013) is the last night you can catch the Christmas Play I helped out with, called “The Christmas Confessions of Weeby Allsmiths”. It’s a music, drama and multimedia production, and it’s super funny. My good friends, Chantelle and Rob wrote the stage play and curated the musical selections, and I wrote a few of the…
Speed Drawing: Superman, the Man of Steel!
Hey friends, I thought this might make a fun entry. Recently, a good friend of mine asked me to do a commission for her hubbie (also a pal). I’m a big fan of seeing the process behind the drawings of the artists I admire, so rather than merely scan each stage, I thought I’d take a stab at filming myself drawing.
34 minutes sped up to 4 minutes. Enjoy!
Thanks for checking out my video, more artwork soon. Love you.
LOOK STRAIGHT AHEAD.
Hey gang! Yesterday, Elaine Will‘s original graphic novel, “Look Straight Ahead” hit comic stores. It’s a semi-autobiographical story of a young person’s High School struggles with mental illness. In a frank and personal manner, it deals with subjects like depression, anxiety, bullying, gender identity, family, and the healing power of art. If you’re looking for a sophisticated look at mental health issues, I’d definitely recommend this mature readers graphic novel, which is receiving numerous rave reviews.
Elaine was nice enough to include my artwork in a pin-up section in the back of the book (along with some really incredible artists). Here it is in colour. Thanks to my good pal Chelsea for not minding too much about loaning her face for “Erin”.
More updates are coming soon, lots of cool projects in the drawer.
Thanks for reading, I love you.

One of the great things that has kept me busy this month has been my involvement with SEE— Saskatchewan Entertainment Expo. SEE was spearheaded by Chris Bernhard and Mike Jordan, good friends…
