Hello Friend,
Sorry for the late notice, but I’ve been a bit busy hanging out with superheroes at SaskExpo the past couple of days. But better late than never—I want to announce I will be appearing at the Vancouver Comic Arts Festival (VanCAF) in just a couple short weeks! I can’t wait to connect with fellow comic enthusiasts and share my latest graphic novel, “Does Your Mother Know?”.
Last year’s VANCAF was an absolute blast, and I had an incredible time meeting new people and sharing my work with a new audience. If you missed it, you can catch up on the highlights from my experience on my website.
As I gear up for another fantastic event, I’m excited to return to Vancouver and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of creativity and community. And since no post is complete without artwork, here’s a drawing of me, embracing the laid-back Vancouver lifestyle in the warm May sun.
I’ll be at VANCAF on May 18th and 19th, so mark your calendars and come say hi! The show takes place at the Roundhouse Community Arts and Recreation Centre, a beautifully designed character building which serves as a hub for the Yaletown area. Admission to the show is completely free, and Vancouver boasts some of the best public transit in North America. Let’s chat comics, share stories, and celebrate the wonderful world of graphic storytelling together.
And please remember, I’ll also be at TCAF next weekend, so if you’re in one of Canada’s largest centres, come out and give me a high five!
Thanks for reading, I love you.
